18–20% of gross booking revenue (min. $400/month)
Platform & Automation Fee
$15/month — covers all guest messaging automation
Onboarding Fee
$150–250 one-time — covers full system & automation setup
Your management rate is determined by monthly gross revenue — properties earning over $3,000/month qualify for the lower 18% rate. Minimum contract term is 3 months with 30 days notice to cancel thereafter.
